The Lunar Codex is the largest and most global archive of its kind, preserving professionally-curated art, writing, music, and film from across the globe. To date it has collected work from 50,000+ creative artists, representing 264 countries & territories, and 156 Indigenous nations, including all 50 U.S. states, its territories, and all 13 Canadian provinces and territories, for a total of 250,000+ cultural artifacts. On the lunar surface, its Nanofiche-based archives will last up to a billion years.
